1605935 - Thunderbird should support native minimize to tray function

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0

Steps to reproduce:

I click minimize button, thunderbird should collapse to tray area, not to taksbar.

Actual results:

It's minimized to taskbar.

Expected results:

I think thunderbird should die if feature requested 17 years ago is still not implemented, despite lot of addons with thousands of users each, which added tray icon functionality.
