Steps to reproduce:

  1. In message reader 3 pane, read message with many attachments (e.g. > 10) with a limited size message reader pane.
  2. Show attachment pane (If necessary, reduce the available space for message reader pane to less than what is needed to see the list of all attachments).

Actual results:

  • attachments towards end of list disappear at the bottom
  • no scroll bar
  • keyboard navigation with cursor down into nowhere

Expected results:

  • scroll bar in overflow scenarios
  • for keyboard navigation, ensure that focused item remains visible

The reporter has set the Platform field to Windows 10, though I can reproduce this bug on 64-bit GNU/Linux as well using Thunderbird 68.6.0.
