1606116 - "Compact View" Inbox Account Order Inconsistent with Account Order elsewhere

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/75.0.3770.80 Safari/537.36 OPR/62.0.3331.14 (Edition beta),gzip(gfe)

Steps to reproduce:

Activate Folder Pane Toolbar. Select either "Unread Folders - Compact View", "Favorite Folders - Compact View" or "Recent Folders - Compact View". If selecting Favorite Folders, set all inboxes as favorite folders.

Actual results:

Inboxes in the compact view are not displayed in account order.

Expected results:

Inboxes should be displayed in account order, as expected, and as displayed in Thunderbird 60.

Recent TBs allow users to change the account order, but the compact view does not follow that order either.

Even with Version 102 or 104 beta, this issue has still not been resolved.

I have submitted a patch. New menu items have been added and require separate i10n replenishment work.
