Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select an article within a newsgroup, whose subject/body contains german characters
  2. Click on drop-down button "More" and select "View Source" option

Actual results:

Subject/Title are displayed with some strange characters

Expected results:

Subject/Title are displayed properly without strange characters.
