The experiment has run its course, so we can remove relevant code from Fennec.

This bug can track that work. We'll also need to ping folks to turn off the server-side bits.

Adam, Sebastian, is there any process to follow to shut this down from the switchboard side of things? We don't need any more data collected.

Yeah, I can disable the experiment.
