This will serve as the tracking bug of the v9.0.0 release which should land before the code freeze for 77.

Code freeze is April 2, so let's try to land this on March 26 (one week before).

BTW, I had to fix a couple linter errors in mobile/android/extensions/webcompat/about-compat/AboutCompat.jsm and mobile/android/extensions/webcompat/lib/injections.js before pushing.
