As I recall in the past for about: pages which are useless when visited directly we've delisted them from about:about (and removed them from URL suggestions). One example being about:reader which is only useful when handed a URL.

We should do this with about:certificate

Technically this is still a feature in development (bug 1585620) so at some point it would make sense to have there but I would also not be against delisting it in the meantime.

Sure. If this will be useful I have no objections. Currently though it's live on release but useless.
