So I looked at this a little with annevk and I think the current feeling is that these tests are just slow in Fx and unless we split them out we might have to accept some intermittent timeouts. So if this continues to occur with problematic frequency we'll need to mark the test as [OK, TIMEOUT] on debug builds (or the sync may do that for us).

I removed the EXPECTED-FAIL meta file in bug 1617889
Some of the other tests are still intermittent with webrender - it's not clear why.
