Bug 981248 removed the input-number-mozbox class we use at many places.

I removed all the input-number-mozbox class references.
We need to fix some glitches to look like before. I removed the c-c textbox.css because we can do the same with the input-fields.css as both where referenced in feed-subscriptions.xhtml.
