Steps to reproduce:
enable CSD / disable title bar on firefox
Actual results:
window maximized, but the buttons on the top bar are close,minimize,maximize
Expected results:
the window controls should have been close,minimize,unmaximize

it should also be noted that both bugs are also present in thunderbird
