1610120 - Update SeaMonkey website for 2.53.1 Final release

Most of the structure is in place from Bug 1602735, just need to:

• do some renames
• bump versions
• make changes for the main release page
• make changes for English/German start pages
• flag XP and Vista as not supported

There is currently a problem with initializing downloads and starting with -private. Might need to be added to the releases notes if not fixed in final.
