Steps :

  1. Open the Firefox Browser and set the gfx.webrender.all = true in about:config
  2. Reach http://preview.themeforest.net/item/salient-responsive-multipurpose-theme/full_screen_preview/4363266?_ga=2.199565870.1264885550.1542887758-1121693339.1542887758 and select the Bentley Martinez theme.
  3. Scroll down to the "How I can help take your next project to new heights " and hover over the cards.

Expected Results :
The animation for the mouse cursor should not flicker.

Actual Results :
The animation when hovering over on and off the cards is flickering a black outline for the circle and arrows.
