Cron job for Fenix triggers these every day at 1AM via this. Sometimes, given a backout or change Sheriffs would want to trigger them again. We should allow them to do that and self-serve this operation.

Blocking this bug, no. In conjunction with this, yes. We'd like bug 1509181 to get resolved so that the daily Raptor tests can be investigated by Sherriffs. Right now they are being triggered but dug in the Treeherder history.
But as this bug concerns, we're wondering whether granting permissions to more people to trigger these tests could eventually end up in the Raptor-infra-bill going up. It'd be great if whoever pays that bill signs-off before we grant these permissions to more people.

These should be bitbar. I chatted with Joel a bit about this. The bills could go through Fubar but we are not sure if it's the same account. Either way, granting sheriffs to sheriff Fenix is something we want to do. Particularly now since we are serving Fennec users Fenix on Nightly.

Sheriffs should now have the ability to trigger https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/hooks/project-releng/cron-task-mozilla-mobile-fenix%2Fraptor on demand. This should be used in conjunction with the 1AM Raptor tests that are happening already, and not to replace them.
Reminder: we should exercise good judgment when triggering these as they run on the BitBar infra where we don't have infinite resources.
