User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_2) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/13.0.4 Safari/605.1.15

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set Thunderbird as the default application for the feed URL scheme via Launch Services. For example using SwiftDefaultApps:
   swda setHandler --URL feed --app /Applications/Thunderbird.app
2. Open any feed URI from the address bar or following a link in a browser such as Safari, for example:
   feed:https://www.npr.org/rss/rss.php?id=1002

Actual results:

Thunderbird will take focus.

Expected results:

Thunderbird should take focus and open the subscribe dialog with the feed URL populated.

Bug 304704 is ancient but is the only related issue I've seen for this.

IIRC the feed: url option was dropped
