Last libdav1d update was in Bug 1588123. For Firefox 75, we should update to 0.5.2.

13:38 <achronop> hi! we are doing a new import, the tag 0.5.2 (39667c) is 53 commits bellow head, do you think we can get something later than 0.5.2?

The bottom line is that 0.5.2 is good. Since we are waiting for 75 to land this, I'll review this one and we can decide later if we want to import a later version.
