User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:72.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/72.0
Steps to reproduce:
- open storage settings (shift+F9)
- expands cookies view for domain
- right-click on cookie view table header to show HostOnly and Secure cookie settings (or configure any other columns to show or hide)
- close storage settings (shift+F9)
- reopen the storage settings (shift+F9)
Actual results:
cookie view table layout is reset to default
Expected results:
cookie view table layout should stay the same

I can still reproduce the problem on my machine.
Also, the Headers context menu is not showing check-marks for columns (context menu items) that are currently visible.
