text attachments do not display inline in the body of the email in the display window even when "Display attachments inline" is selected.

Steps to reproduce:

I sent myself a plain text file (.txt) as an attachment. Under the "View" tab I selected "View attachments inline".

Actual results:

The message did not display in the message display window

Expected results:

The message should have displayed in the message display window.

This was working until the latest update.

You now have to set mail.inline_attachments.text true in the Config Editor to get the old behavior.
