This is a spinoff from bug 160146 - additional chimera components.  Please
change the default QA owners for chimera components as follows:

Accessibility

For issues dealing with keyboard navigation (eg, shortcuts) and focus within
Chimera.

Bookmarks

For bugs in bookmark handling within Chimera.
