1615535 - Changing alert's status/assignee changes page's content

Changing an alert's status or asignee incorrectly redirects to a page that contains only the updated alert but the URL is still the filter adress, not the alert's adress.
Correct behavior: changing the status or asignee should not redirect to another content, but update the alert accordingly.

This happens to be time consuming for the sheriffs as they need to refresh the page every time they change the status of an alert.
Looked over the PR and my guess is that when created the PaginationGroup React.Component weren't taken the necessary state props.
