I first noticed this in calendar event dialogs (shown in screenshot), but have also seen it in other places, so it appears to be all drop down menu buttons.

At least going back to 2020-02-08 is affected. 2020-02-04 is not.

I don't know why the min-width no more works. With the width it is shown as before. I removed the redundant rule in messenger.css.
