161686 - Rowspan cell ignores its explicit width

Just go to http://www.rueducommerce.fr/info/t_info1.htm and then click on one
link in the main page, white background
(http://www.rueducommerce.fr/info/showdetl.cfm?product_id=350926 for example).

And there a display problem. The body of the page is shifted on the right.
Work fine with IE.

Might be a mozilla problem or a corrupt html file ?

I see this also on WinXP using BuildID 2002080508

If you click on reload it displays correctly, if you do a shift+reload, it again
displays to the right of where it should be. Perhaps some sort of timing problem?

I saw the problem too, 2002-08-06-14 on Linux. I was not able to reproduce it,
not even after clearing the cache and restarting.

I was able to distill the "Photo & Video Numeriques" page into a testcase.
When a row-spanned table cell contains a certain combination of
<style><div><script> it does not respect its explicit WIDTH attribute.

URL and testcase works fine in current trunk builds on Linux & Windows 2000.
Per comment 7 this was fixed by the patch in bug 154780.
