Taskcluster now has Matrix support, replacing its old IRC support. So we need to use bots to talk to channels. It will need to access at least #releaseduty and #releaseduty-dev. The IRC bot also talked to #tb-drivers but that channel doesn't appear to have made it to matrix yet.

I got to this form from https://wiki.mozilla.org/Matrix/Bot_Registry and it didn't tell me any other special information to include in the bug... creds can go directly to me (edunham@mozilla.com) since I'm the one who'll be putting them into Taskcluster's configs.

I'll note that the firefoxci taskcluster service is operated by cloudops, and administered by release engineering. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Release+Engineering&component=Firefox-CI+Administration is the component for admin. And I'm happy to take ni? about issues with it.

Sorry about that. I'm still blocked on an IAM change to issue access tokens. Could personal access tokens be used in the interim? (Keeping ni?)

Any update on an ETA for that IAM change? AIUI personal access tokens would not be a good solution to this.
