"Get Msgs" button gets grayed out, when  I shift from a Newsgroup
folder to a mail folder say "Inbox". Then I have to shift to
the Account Name tab to get that button higlighted.


Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up a Mail and Newsgrp.
2. check any newsgrp first.
3. Go back to Inbox; "Get Msgs" button will be grayed out.

Actual Results:  "Get Msgs" button grayed out. 

Expected Results:  It should have been higlighted.

linux trunk cvs 2002-08-09. Can't reproduce problem with those steps.
...Although, if I cause the "get msgs" button to become greyed by selecting
"local folders" or a news-server, the button will not become active again when
it should (i.e. going to a newsgroup or non-local-folders mail folder; only
going to a mail account re-activates it.
