can't delete folders which have the same name

Suppose you've created some folders like this:
Local Folders
Trash
a
a
b
After deleting the second folder "a", it looks like:
Local Folders
Trash
a
b
a
Now try to delete the first folder "a", it'll failed and returns "A folder with
that name already exists. Please enter a different name.

Either bug 66763 or bug 46365.
Bug 46365 says IMAP, so duping to 66763.
