Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open any SPA website (for this https://reactjs.org/)
  2. Typed some url or search term and didn't pressed enter or anything used my mouse to navigate in the current page as usual.
  3. Clicked on any links in the website that do not reload web page.
  4. Website content and title replacing with new loaded page but not ""URL not changing in URL bar"".

Actual results:

URL not changing in URL bar
even though website content and title changing

Expected results:

new page url need to reflect in URL bar instead of search term or url I entered but do not press enter or anything.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
