This issue is not resolved. In theory you can create a rule in the userChrome to get this fixed, but since the layout changes, and breaks existing custom rules, with about every second patch, this isn't really viable.

I really don't get why you can't add a simple option to put the URL in front of the Title?

Cloning wontfixed bugs won't bring to any different resolution. We made a decision, unless the panorama changes (like the most used browsers invert url and title, provide an option to do so, or there's absolutely no alternative to do it) there's no strong reason to re-evaluate such a decision.
Please avoid cloning or filing duplicates of wontfixed bug, because it's considered a bad practice, and admins may decide to intervene if it keeps happening.
