Steps to reproduce:

Created an email filter

Actual results:

Can assign the filter via dropdown list to only one of the several email accounts I have.

Expected results:

It would be useful if the drop-down selector for accounts had a "global" or "all accounts" option so that the filter could apply to all email accounts.
