In bug 1617280 changes to the activity-stream.bundle.js landed that seem to be generated from the wrong version of Fluent. This causes activity-stream.bundle.js changes to show up every time npm run bundle is used even if no AS components have been changed.

@Scott can you please land a fix for this?
