Platform: OS X 10.1.5
Expected Results: Drag-n-Drop should function properly into a untitled (new) tab
marker or new tabbed window.
What I got: File doesn't always appear in browser window after I drag it to a
untitled tab marker (unless I reload window). Also , dragging a file directly
into a new tabbed window doesn't work either.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open browser window and create a new tab
2) Drag a file from the desktop (.html, .jpg, .gif) on the tab marker
3) Tab marker's title changes but content is not displayed automatically in
window (unless I reload page)
1) Open a browser window and create a new tab
2) Drag a file from the desktop (.html, .jpg, .gif) on the tabbed window
3) File "drops" back to original position on desktop (doesn't load)

As a comparsion, Mozilla successfully displays the file if user either drags to
tab marker or tabbed window.
