Once we've determined that the message editing from 1614364 is behaving the way we'd like it to, we should extend that function to all tabs that could use it.

I have verified that all the messages in the "all providers" section from "about:newtab#devtools" page can be edited and can be successfully rendered if the "Modify" button is pressed, using Firefox Nightly 80.0a1 (Build ID: 20200708214935) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.15, and Ubuntu Linux 18.04.
