Currently, we're using private artifacts for Android SDK and NDK
toolchain artifacts, for redistribution reasons. There are other
toolchains that need private artifacts as well (MSVC, OSX SDK, etc.)
but currently, only private artifacts that start with
project/gecko/android- are allowed, which is not nice although it
does help to test things out by abusing the prefix.
