Build 2002080708, Win2k. * Make sure the "Open tabs instead of windows for Control+Enter in the location bar" pref is turned off. * Type "mozilla.org" in the URL bar and hit Ctrl+Enter. Actual results: mozilla.org is loaded in the current window. Expected results: mozilla.org is loaded in a new window.
