Delete the un-joinable "#phabricator" room

TL;DR: I need #phabricator deleted so that I can use it as an alias
Right after we first announced our Matrix server, I created the #phabricator room to field support requests for Phabricator.
As a team, we decided to instead have a single channel (#conduit) for support/discussion rather than one for each product (Bugzilla, Lando, moz-phab, and Phabricator).
I left the (empty) #phabricator room and joined #conduit instead.
However, I've learned that it's possible to have room aliases. When people are looking for help, they'll search for a room with the name of the product (such as "phabricator), not the unknown "conduit". So, I'd like #phabricator to point to #conduit.
However, I can't do this, since the #phabricator room exists already. I can't delete the #phabricator room since it's not visible in the room list anymore. I'm hoping that an admin can manually delete the room (or recover it) for me?
