proably by importing icons in aboutwelcome.scss https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/components/newtab/content-src/aboutwelcome/aboutwelcome.scss#229 or even better reusing @import '../asrouter/templates/OnboardingMessage/OnboardingMessage' inside aboutwelcome.scss

Followed up with Punam.. the illustration set in the Trailhead folder are the most up-to-date and we can card-illo-pledge.svg for the 'Privacy is your right' card.
