Steps to reproduce:
Go to logins and passwords and try to edit or view a password
Actual results:
A window popped up asking for my windows user password. I don't have one and if I leave it blank it doesn't do anything.
Expected results:
It should probably be ok if I leave it blank and simply show me the password or let me edit it.

Thanks for the report. Bug 1622542 has a little more details so duping there.
