From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020721 BuildID: 2002072104 Installing Mozilla onto XP (build 2600) gives the following error twice when mozilla starts for the first time : "This application has failed to start because PNCRT.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." The message appears again (third time) when the "fast loader" icon in the tool bar loads. The message only appears the first time it starts, and does not re-appear on subsequent starts. The installs were done on "virgin" installs of XP, so there was not a previous copy of Mozilla installed, which may be part of the problem. I have done this twice now, and the same result both times. I have a bitmap of the message if you require it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Mozilla on a virgin XP install 2. 3. Actual Results: Error message as above Expected Results: No error
