With enabling NSRequiresAquaSystemAppearance it would be possible to build TB with the SDK 10.14 or 10.15 without getting dark menus on light OS theme etc.

Port of https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D67525. Added the NSRequiresAquaSystemAppearance key plus changed the spaces to tabs on some lines.
