Add an option to Chimera's to disable gif/png animations or only allow the
animations loop n amount of times (n being a number)

You should be able to use Mozilla's options for controlling image animation by
manipulating your user.js file. Add one of:

user_pref("image.animation_mode", "none");
user_pref("image.animation_mode", "once");

These simpler options are probably better suited to Chimera. If you want to see
finer control, you'll probably need to request it for Mozilla first.

Or, you could just ask for a prefs UI for these already-existing options.

Yeah. We should also add a way to stop animations for a single page (maybe
Command-., and a menu item).
