User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 SeaMonkey/2.53.1 Lightning/5.8.1
Steps to reproduce:
- Start downloading any file
- The download window opens
- Make sure "Close when download is complete" is NOT checked
- Wait until the file is downloaded fully
Actual results:
The progress bar reaches 100% but still indicates "downloading" (see the attached screenshot). At the same time, the Download Manager shows that the same file has already finished the download (see the attached screenshot).
Expected results:
The download window should reach the "finished" state once the download is complete.
NOTE: This used to work in 2.49.5 but is broken in 2.53.1. My OS is Windows 7 32-bit.
