Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox with --enable-fission
  2. In about:config, ensure you have devtools.contenttoolbox.fission and devtools.webconsole.input.context set to true
  3. Open cnn.com
  4. Open the console
  5. Click on the context selector button in the console

Expected results

third party iframes are visible in the context list

Actual results

only "Top" is in the list
