Actual results:
NOTHING -
Expected results:
machine should go to sleep (screen turns black)
NOTE: It started happening with V73 beta so I updated to V75.2 and it seemed to go away for a day, but it returned. If TBird is not active, then the Sleep command works find. If I select Sleep with TB active nothing happens until I quit TB and then the screen turns off.

AFAIK, there is nothing the application needs to do for sleep. Maybe something changed on your system that makes it not work anymore?
