When scrolling up on https://www.aa.com.tr/en/europe/italy-101-year-old-influenza-survivor-beats-covid-19/1783890 , the fixed blue bar gets intermittently clipped by a scrolled clip.

It looks like the fixed bar is a position:fixed element that's located inside of a position:sticky element.

Possible duplicate of bug 1514291.

FYI,
layers.async-pan-zoom.enabled=false fixes the issue on Nightly76.0a1 Windows10.

I can reproduce, but only with WR disabled. With WR enabled it works fine (tested on macOS). This does seem similar to bug 1514291, marking as dep for now.

Depends on: 1514291

Confirmed that this is fixed by WR (WONTFIX for non-WR which is going away).
