Steps to reproduce:
No button to turn off email. When the laptop travels, more accounts need to be active as more users use the laptop
Users need to make multiple settings to start/stop
Actual results:
In order to turn off accounts, users need to go into settings and uncheck multiple getting email settings.
In order to turn on accounts, users need to go into settings and check multiple getting email settings
Un-savy users should not be in settings and often screw things up by trying to manage settings. No good happens when un-savy users mess with settings :-)
Expected results:
Under hamburger menu there should be a menu item to turn off accounts. The submenu should list accounts to be turned off. When turned off the account should be greyed or flagged as off in both the submenu as well as the left column view.
Un-savy users should not be messing with settings. Plus it makes it easier for everyone to turn on and off accounts
More thoughts ... I just disabled multiple email accounts by unchecking the 3 pertinent boxes for each account. At some point I'll need to recheck those to be able to access those accounts. I now have to remember how they got turned off and what to recheck. I can imagine that many will forget what they did when the time comes to reactivate the accounts.
I am now looking to add to the folders a file to explain what I did ... just in case I forget ... of course now I have to remember I created the file explaining the process :-)
