Details
Bugbug returns a confidence value for its selected tasks/manifests. We could schedule high confidence ones with high priority and low confidence ones with lower priority.

NOTE: We could even apply this to non-try auto pushes, scheduling whatever the user requested but using bugbug to identify what's more or less likely to fail.
