Details

They're not running during make check, and they're not running in the separate python test tasks. They can't /really/ run in the latter because they need configure to have run, but maybe that can be changed. Also, config/tests/test_mozbuild_reading.py is very slow, so it's not really desirable to run it as-is during make check because that would add a huge overhead on build tasks.

Turns out they are running in the mbu tasks, but the slowest of test_mozbuild_reading.py is always skipped on automation because of the need for configure.
