Здравствуйте!
Thunderbird 68.7.0 (32 bit)

Sorry bugzilla is English only. From google translate:
Thunderbird 68.7.0 (32 bit)
When trying to forward a message to a group of recipients, an error appears:
School Group <"School Group"> is not an email address because it is not written in user @ server form. You must fix it before sending a message.
If you create a message through the Address Book - Select List - Create Message, then the message is sent.
I would be grateful for help.
Maybe bug 170823?
This has started to happen following the upgrade to version 68.7.0
The problem is that an email list where the List Name has spaces in it no longer sends. There is the error message above displayed.
So, "* Ladies A - C" fails to send, but "*LadiesA-C" is sent successfully, i.e. removing the spaces.
I saw that this has happened at least once before (2014) and was fixed.

This sounds like another duplicate of Bug 1628800.
With the release of version 68.8.0 of Thunderbird, Distribution Lists will work (again) if their names contain a space (and some special characters e.g. * and - I haven't tried any others) even if they are added to the e-mail from the Contacts sidebar. So, a distribution list with a name of "* Ladies A - C" containing 25 addresses, will send 25 e-mails successfully.
Alexander Bergmann's Mail Merge add-on also works with version 68.8.0.

I haven't tried special characters with version 78, but spaces in the Distribution List name are not a problem.

Could be bug 170823. I know that if I try to create a new List and have more than 1 space between words / letters in Name it won't let me save the list. Maybe Lists that were created pre-68 got grandfathered in but if previously to 68 they were allowed to have spaces in the List name and since 68 they weren't, there's some new conflict with the extant List formatting?
My previous comment wasn't precise enough. In version 78, a single space between words is permitted, but TB gives an error message if a name contains more than 1 space - "A list name cannot contain multiple adjacent spaces".
Special characters apart from < > ; , " seem to be allowed. The error message if you try to use one of these is:- A list name cannot contain any of the following characters: < > ; , "
