When a new browser window is opened by URL click from another program (eg.
Entourage), the new window opens such that the status bar is below the bottom of
the screen. The window must be moved up to see it.
This problem does not happen when opening a new navigator window from the
File/New/Navigator Window menu.
Running Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020814
on a TiBook G4/667.

I suspect this is because Mozilla is usually run maximized, but when started
from certain other programs it may appear unmaximized (as specified by that
program). Mozilla will "remember" where it was last on the screen when
unmaximized; this may for some reason be in the wrong place.
I see this behaviour occasionally on many different programs, not just Mozilla.
Summary: bottom of new window is below screen → bottom of new window is below screen

The problem that I reported (which has been marked as a duplicate of this one)
is still happening in today's build (2002082708 Mac OS X). More specifically,
when a new window is created, it appears slightly below the current one in
front. When the the bottom of this front window is near the bottom of the
screen, the new one gets created with its bottom sticking down below the screen;-)
Thanks,
Mark
