Since X non ;onger support moving a screen around grabbing from either side
Mozilla suddenly has a screen extending below the bottom of the screen thus I
can't resize the browzer's window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Starting Mozilla the browzer extends below thebottom of the screen

Actual Results:
I am now stuck with a window too big for my screen
Expected Results:
Give us a way to shrink a window.
In this moment only Mozilla gives me this problem of an oversized window.
