Details

Build: Chimera CVS from 8/15/2002, Mozilla NB2002081508
Platform: OS X 10.1.5

Two test links:

http://www.mozilla.org
http://www.google.com

Observation: In Mozilla NB, mozilla.org has a happy red dragon as a page icon,
but google has nothing.

Repeat with Chimera CVS build: mozilla.org does not have a page icon, but google
does. 

I'm not sure where this bug should be filed, or on what, or if I've just missed
a preference buried somewhere in Mozilla . . .
sfraser just did updated favicon support in chimera, so I'll let him field this
one.
