Within my mail account on www.icqmail.com, the buttons don't work anymore.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an account at www.icqmail.com
2. Log in, and click on "Inbox".
3. Click "Select All" or "Unselect All" (and many other buttons)
4. Nothing happens.
Actual Results: The buttons don't invoke anything
Expected Results: The buttons should peform the appropriate action.. :-)
I think this is a regression... this used to work. I'll go back to 1.1b and see
if it used to work.
Not sure if this has to do with Javascript... but filed it as such anyway. :)

Get a newer build, this regression has been fixed
"Select all" is a submit button. <form> is after a </tr>.
